London Fog Milk Tea

London Fog Milk Tea

Earl Grey softened with milk and a touch of vanilla

A classic café-style tea built on fragrant Earl Grey, gently sweetened and finished with warm milk. Smooth, lightly floral, and comforting without being heavy.

Ingredients

1 tsp loose leaf Earl Grey (or 1 sachet)
1 cup hot water (just below boiling)
½ cup milk of choice
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1–2 tsp honey or simple syrup (optional)

Directions

Steep the Earl Grey in hot water for 4–5 minutes. Strain and return to your mug.

Warm the milk gently on the stovetop or steam if you have a frother. Stir in the vanilla.

Add sweetener to the tea if using, then pour the warm milk over top. Finish with a light layer of foam if desired.

Serve immediately.

Flavor Profile

Citrus-forward, softly floral, creamy finish.
